[Full-Disclosure] International Convention on Cybercrime

This is not meant to be political by any means.  It just seems there are many 
people concerned about this treaty and how it may affect the IT security 
industry.  I'm just curious to see if other security professionals feel it 
could be a *realistic* threat.
