I for one use the subject header manually. As in, I look for it with my
eyes and use it to decide what messages to read. The current header is
a bit large, but I would hate for it to go away because then it would be
hard to tell list mail from spam mail when I scan my subject lines.
I like the [FD] prefix, or you could even make it a postfix as long as
the subjects stay a managable length.
