他のツール探してたんですけど、こんなの発見 :-)
SID のダンプするのに便利そうです。
SecTok
Displays the user SID and name of the current token and
all sids/names of groups that token has.

SecData も興味深いですね、Active Directory 環境でユーザー情報を
ダンプするには皆さん何使ってます？
