この部分、クライアント使っている人だけに影響するので、読み飛ばしていました。
（私は、web 上から、時々更新しています。普段は、セカンダリー運用が主です。）

個人的な関心からは、dotster にした方がいいよの部分が気になります。

 With these additions, we have had some major problems with Network
Solutions, Inc.  We won't go into the sordid details (see
http://support.dyndns.org/newsgroups.shtml for information on connecting
to our news server, where we've discussed/ranted about this at length),
but suffice to say that Network Solutions has broken their database in
such a way that it isn't possible to use ns5.mydyndns.org when registering
domains through them.  We strongly recommend Dotster
(http://www.dotster.com/) for domain registration - they have highly
competitive prices, excellent technical support, and they don't break
things!  We strongly recommend adding the full nameserver set to your
domain(s) if you're already using MyDynDNS services, you can get full
information about hostnames and IP addresses on the support site at
http://support.dyndns.org/mydyndns/ (follow the link for Custom DNS or
Secondary DNS depending on which service you're using).
