To begin with we need a proper unbiased unmoderated comprehensive
directory of security researcher accounts.

What I was thinking was some kind of Wiki where the community can add
security researcher Twitter accounts that they find.

Plus, the Wiki could be updated with important tweets that they see,
by folks doing a copy & paste.
