One that that struck me as ironic about Encyclopedia Dramatica and Sherrod 
DeGrippo ordering hits on people who get a rise on her, she wants hard revenge. 
For a person who runs a site that makes embarrassing nightmares come true, she 
sure can't stand much heat herself. She took the GNAA phreaking her, and ended 
up becoming no better than the people who spooked her.

Thing is, she's hiding behind a federal law as a portal provider. Isn't their 
an exception is when the owner's participates in the content environment?

She also plays the shell game with Joseph Evers. And you don't know whether 
she's lying and handing out logs to law enforcement without subpoena's 
(informing for cash, she's jobless besides selling shirts, which can't even pay 
the server bills let alone a mortgage). Regardless, this doesn't make her 
immune to civil torts. She probably has some fat ass pockets from being on some 
corrupt fed's payroll. Sickening.

Randi Harper is an example of how Sherrod DeGrippo, owner of Encyclopedia 
Dramatica, exhibits control on the flow of the website's informatoin.

In a sense, if an attorney was able to muster it up proof, the safe harbor 
"Shields" of girlvinyl's space ship may have an opening in them. If these 
shields were to go down, this site would just be hammered. ED wasn't an LLC 
since a years or so ago, so it was still someone's site...

This lawless libertarian hellhole has got to end here. Looks like a darkmarket 
for trolls. Whatever the case, it encourages mean-spiritedness and is almost 
traumatic in the culture it fosters. Its almost like the projects, it draws in 
the worst crowd, and even if she is snitching, she's keeping the info up while 
people suffer.
