BETSIE is a HTML-to-text parser with built-in accessibility
features, developed and copyrighted by BBC[1][2]

It has come to our attention that Norfolk Design is selling and
claiming authorship and ownership[3] for BETSIE in clear violation
of the licence terms. This is the reply from Ronnie Zahdeh, the
Managing Director of Norfolk Design, to an email we sent previously:

"Dear Netwatch,
Many thanks for the email, but what we use is NOT Betsie, but an in-
house developed accessibility engine using ASP with our own
filters."

Oh, yeah? Below comparison makes it hard to believe your claim Mr
Zahdeh:

appropriate credit to real authors and include the BBC copyright
notice everywhere you use it. Read the LICENCE man!
