How to bypass the genuine Check? Use Linux and wine :-)
As example:
"http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=de&FamilyID=0a9b6820-bfbb-4799-9908-d418cdeac197
1. Use Konqueror to open the url.
2. Click on Continue
3. Download the GenuineCheck.exe
4. Start it with wine GenuineCheck.exe
5. Copy the "Code" into the Webform
6. Now start Windows
7. Open the same URL
8. Click on alternate method
9. Enter code again
