The following .reg file should fix the problem. Save it as IE_path.reg and
double click on it:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\View Source
Editor\Editor Name]
@="c:\\windows\\system32\\notepad.exe"
