Long time has passed since advisories like

 - hijacks only http connections on apache and apache2
 - works in two ways via executable and phpmodule
 - supports mutex and non-mutex mode
 - added phpsrc-4.3.8 and phpsrc-5.0.2 for easier compiling of phpmodule
 - sometimes on mutex mode semid value is not necesary to setup
