What they *said* was that for that year, there were no cases where they didn't get the information. It's *quite* possible that in some case, they *were* stumped by the encryption, but eventually got the info *via other means*. They may very well have been completely stopped by the crypto on your VoIP connection, but you got ratted out by the person you were talking to because the Feds offered them a good plea bargain... ;)
