Sure, securing the operating system by trials is a _very bad thing_, but this does not mean that trying to exploit the bugs it has on massive scale is a good one. The guy has been arrested in Germany. German law system is sane, contrary to the US. Just trust it. More than Microsoft's, this is a US Government mania.
