it has plenty of IPS features built into it
others that i have used and found to be effective are norton internet security

the best would be haveing a separate openbsd box with pf doing all the ips and
other software. look the web for some ips programs for openbsd snort + pf is
very good combination which is my personal fav.
u may also use linux distro instead of openbsd and use ipchains / iptables for
the same purpose.
