[Full-Disclosure] Cygwin Whois.exe version(Stack Overflow)

Well when i tryied whois.exe --version as help explains nothing 
happens...but i used setup.exe to see it version and: 
Whois.exe 4.6.7-1 (the last one i think because i can´t get a newer one from 
matrix.com.br server)

-v TYPE                request verbose template for object of TYPE 
-q [version|sources|types]  query specified server info [RPSL only] 
-F                     fast raw output (implies -r) 
-h HOST                connect to server HOST 
-p PORT                connect to PORT 
-H                     hide legal disclaimers 
      --verbose        explain what is being done 
      --help           display this help and exit 
      --version        output version information and exit
