No, but I read many of the NetBSD tech-* mailing lists as well as
NetBSD's source-changes. There are quite a few fixes of quite a
wide variety that go through source-changes (just a feed off of
CVS commit messages) that do NOT get discussed in public. The commit
messages are there if you want them, but there's no active
notification.

You (and not you alone) are simply mistaken in suggesting that
Microsoft is somehow *remiss* in fixing an unplublished bug and then
releasing it without fanfare. Can they do no Right in your eyes?
