Hi Paul,
The difference is "Breaking and Entering" vs "Trespassing." They
carry different penalties, just like "Grand Theft Auto" is not the
same as "Unauthorized Use" of a vehicle. There are real differences
in terms in arrests and judgements.
Not that it really matters...
