Bug Description :
IPtools is a set of small tiny TCP/IP programs includes mini 
Webserver(Executable file: Thttpd.bat), etc. And its mini webserver does not 
properly sanitise filenames containing directory traversal sequences that are 
received from an HTTP Browser.
